Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product information to existing and potential customers.



The role includes generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with the field sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, support customers with after-sales service queries, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The position requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders and clear communication with industrial clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
