Company Description: Circulon Medical LLP manufactures, services and refurbishes advanced critical care medical equipment used in hospitals across India. We’re setting up a new manufacturing unit and are looking for a hands-on technician to help build it from the ground up, then run production and service from it.
Role Description:
• Help set up the new unit: workshop and assembly layout, test benches, tools and instruments, storage, and basic workflow and safety practices
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for each product, covering parts, sub-assemblies, quantities and specifications
• Create job sheets for assembly, refurbishment and repair work, and track jobs from start to sign-off
• Coordinate with vendors on component sourcing and keep inventory aligned with the BOMs
• Assemble, test and calibrate complex electromechanical medical equipment
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and control systems
• Travel to hospitals for installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown calls
• Maintain service records and calibration logs,



and train hospital staff on correct use
• Work closely with our senior technical team and learn the equipment directly from them

What we’re looking for
• Diploma or degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• [2–4] years of experience in manufacturing, assembly or servicing of medical or industrial equipment
• Working knowledge of BOM preparation and job sheets/work orders in a production setting
• Experience setting up or expanding a workshop or production line is a strong plus
• Comfort reading circuit and mechanical drawings, and using test instruments
• Positive with Excel or basic ERP/inventory tools
• Willingness to travel for site visits
• Hindi and Gujarati preferred; working English for documentation.
• Bonus: exposure to hospital OT or ICU equipment, or ISO 13485 environments
