Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services. The Associate Relationship Manager will support acquisition of new clients,



assist with account opening and documentation, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns. Daily responsibilities include monitoring account activity, cross-selling retail products such as deposits and loans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth service. The role also requires maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines, preparing basic reports on portfolio performance, and contributing to branch-level business growth targets.
