Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered B2B diamond company supplying premium lab-grown diamonds to jewellery businesses across the United States. With manufacturing operations in Surat, India, we combine strong production capabilities with a growing US client network.
We are looking for confident, commercially driven sales professionals to join our Mumbai team and build lasting relationships with jewellery businesses across the US market.

This is not a typical cold-calling or telemarketing role. You will engage directly with jewellery retailers, established jewellers, and business owners who have genuine purchasing potential.
Your goal is to understand their requirements, present the right diamond solutions, generate business, and turn conversations into long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
• Connect with jewellery retailers and established jewellers across the US through professional sales calls.
• Identify business opportunities and convert qualified prospects into active customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable diamond inventory and solutions.




• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and ongoing sales opportunities to close deals.
• Develop repeat business by maintaining consistent communication and delivering an excellent client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the US market.

Who We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, jewellery sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken English and the confidence to communicate with US-based business owners.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
