Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and organizing product displays, ensuring accurate product labeling and pricing, and maintaining stock levels on the sales floor. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, tracking product performance, and adjusting assortments to match customer demand and seasonal trends. The role involves working closely with store management to implement visual merchandising standards,



supporting promotional campaigns, and providing product information to support customer service and sales activities.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with customers.
• Customer Service and Retail skills to support a positive in-store experience and handle customer inquiries.
• Sales and Marketing skills to promote products, support promotional activities, and understand basic sales strategies.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, pricing, and product displays.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and stand or move for extended periods as required in a retail environment.
• Basic computer literacy for using retail systems and maintaining merchandise records.
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is an advantage.
