Role Description The Telesales Executive role at BlackBuck Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote BlackBuck’s services,



explain product features, and convert leads into active customers. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of conversations and sales activities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Telesales Executive will also handle basic customer support queries, ensure a positive customer experience, and collaborate with the sales team to refine pitches and share insights from the market. This role requires consistent adherence to calling schedules, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications

• Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, and close deals.
