Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving residential apartment sales, managing customer relationships, converting qualified leads into successful bookings and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Jaipur's residential real estate market and proven experience in independently closing apartment sales.

Key Responsibilities• Drive residential apartment sales and achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets.
• Handle company-generated leads, customer enquiries and qualified prospects.




• Conduct customer meetings, property presentations and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets and preferences to recommend suitable apartments.
• Explain floor plans, apartment configurations, amenities, pricing and payment plans.
• Independently manage customer negotiations and close apartment bookings.
• Coordinate with telecalling, pre-sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversions.
• Guide sales executives and monitor sales performance.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer follow-ups and sales pipeline updates in CRM.
• Track site visits, booking conversions and sales targets.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements to the marketing team.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
