Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Sohna Haryana, Indore, Shivpur, Singrauli MP hiring for multiple positions: Sales Executive, HR Recruiter, Centre Manager, Counsellor,



and Mobilizer. Team members will engage with clients and candidates, manage daily centre operations, and contribute to business growth and talent development. Typical responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting outreach and follow-ups, coordinating interviews and hiring processes, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The roles also involve guiding learners and candidates, providing counselling and support, organizing mobilization and outreach activities, and collaborating with training and management teams to achieve performance targets. All positions require close coordination with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.
