The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team at our Pune office. You’ll handle flight bookings for corporate and B2B clients and make sure every ticket is issued accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do
• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, issuances, reissues, and cancellations
• Manage ticketing for corporate and B2B clients, offering the best fare options
• Explain fare rules, restrictions, and changes clearly to clients
• Coordinate with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email




• Enter passenger details accurately and keep clean booking records
• Follow up on payments and support ticket-related visa documentation
• Work with our sales and holiday planning teams for smooth end-to-end service

What We’re Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience in flight ticketing
• Hands-on experience with a GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Good knowledge of fare rules, reissues, and refunds
• Experience handling B2B and corporate clients
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and comfort with online booking tools
• IATA or travel and tourism certification is an advantage
