Role Description The Front of House Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role includes leading and supporting front-of-house teams, managing schedules, and ensuring that service standards and operating procedures are followed. The Front of House Manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations,



coordinate food and beverage service standards where applicable, and support sales initiatives that drive revenue and guest satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks also involve training team members, monitoring performance, collaborating with other departments, and providing regular updates and reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with teams and clients.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on resolving issues and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and front-of-house best practices.
