Role Description The Operations Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with packaging and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. This role will assist in maintaining records,
updating internal systems, and preparing basic reports to support operational efficiency. The Operations Assistant will communicate with internal teams and, when needed, interact with customers to address order-related queries and service issues. The role involves collaborating closely with management to streamline processes, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a smooth customer experience for pan-India shipments.
