Role Description The US-Commercial Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing commercial real estate opportunities with US-focused clients and partners, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a pipeline of potential transactions.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations, conducting market research, coordinating property tours, and supporting negotiations to move deals toward closure. The person in this role will collaborate with internal specialists to structure solutions that align with client requirements, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle. This position requires active engagement with clients, consistent follow-up, and close coordination with leadership to meet revenue and growth targets.
