Role Description The Senior Student Counselor | Study Abroad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The counselor will guide students through the end-to-end study abroad process, including profiling, course and university selection, application preparation, and documentation. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission and visa requirements, coordinating with universities and other partners,



and tracking each student’s application status. The role involves supporting students with test preparation guidance (such as IELTS), organizing information sessions, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and following up with prospective students and families. The counselor will also contribute to improving counseling processes, collaborating with colleagues, and helping achieve team enrollment and conversion targets.
