About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to join our Founder's Office and work closely with the founder on day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
This role offers direct exposure to business decision-making, pharmaceutical operations, procurement, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
? Founder's Office & Executive Support
• Assist the founder in daily business activities, operational planning, and execution.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and business priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates.

? Purchase & Procurement
• Assist in purchase planning, procurement, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, purchase orders, and deliveries.




• Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, payments, and timelines.
• Support vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiations.

? Business Strategy & Development
• Assist the founder in implementing business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business opportunities.
• Support business expansion and recent project planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the execution of strategic decisions.

? Marketing & Client Coordination
• Support pharmaceutical marketing and business development activities.
• Communicate and follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal departments.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, company presentations, and business proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and track business enquiries.
