The Role:
The combined Purchase Executive role covers procurement of both Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM). This includes vendor management, price negotiation, order placement, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining timely availability of both raw and packaging materials.

Key responsibilities:
-Source and evaluate raw materials and packaging materials as per quality and production standards.
Build and maintain strong, cost-effective relationships with reliable suppliers.




Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring consistent material quality.
Issue, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure all materials meet GMP, ISO, regulatory, and branding specifications.
Stay updated on market trends, current suppliers, and innovations for cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supply issues and ensure smooth procurement operations.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure packaging meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, contracts, supplier communication, and compliance records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
2+ years of procurement experience in raw materials and/or packaging material
