Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TELE CALLER role based in Noida. The TELE CALLER will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform prospective donors about non-profit initiatives, explain fundraising campaigns, and encourage contributions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, updating donor information, and following up with interested contacts in a timely manner. The TELE CALLER will work closely with the fundraising and client-servicing teams to meet daily and monthly targets, adhere to calling scripts and compliance guidelines,



and provide clear, respectful communication on every call. The role also includes reporting call outcomes to supervisors and contributing to continuous improvement of calling strategies.
