Role Description The Senior Tax Associate role is a full time, remote position responsible for managing and reviewing tax compliance and preparation engagements for cross-border clients in the US and Canada, with exposure to India-related matters. This role includes preparing and reviewing individual and corporate tax returns, researching tax issues, and applying relevant tax law to complex client scenarios.



The Senior Tax Associate will communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and provide guidance on tax and accounting matters. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with team members, ensuring accurate and timely filings, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements and best practices within the tax function.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation for US and Canadian returns.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Tax and Tax Law, particularly in cross-border and international contexts.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand financial statements, transactions, and their tax implications.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification (completed or in progress) is highly beneficial.
• Experience with cross-border tax engagements (US–Canada, US–India, or similar)
