Purpose

This role protects IDEMIA by ensuring compliance with laws and contributes to IDEMIA value creation by providing legal advice in support of business decisions and operations

Key Missions

• Covers all areas of law relevant for IDEMIA and/or the division and includes the following:
• Structures, drafts, negotiates, and processes approval contracts, letters of agreement,



policies, and other legal documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters
• Provides legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders
• Defines litigation strategy and budget. Engages and manages external legal counsels in litigations and other disputes
• Engages and manages external legal counsels as required
• Communicates and negotiates with external parties (Regulators, Public authorities...)
• Develops legal, contractual, governance, and compliance processes, standards, tools, guidelines, and policies
• Monitors law and regulations developments, analyzes impacts, and recommends changes where necessary (agreements, policies, bylaws�) and supports the implementation of changes
