Role Description The Hotel Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. This role includes managing front desk and receptionist activities, supervising reservations and check-in/check-out processes, and coordinating customer service across all departments. The Hotel Manager will monitor budgets, control operating costs,



and support sales initiatives to optimize occupancy and revenue. The position also involves supervising food and beverage services, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
