Role Description This is a full-time, on-site telecaller role based in Bengaluru. The telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about products or services, and respond to queries in a explicit and courteous manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, updating customer details in the system, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.



The role also involves meeting call targets, adhering to call scripts and quality standards, and coordinating with sales or service teams to support conversions and customer satisfaction. The telecaller is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, respect privacy and data protection guidelines, and represent Four Space positively on every call.
