We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in gaining practical, hands-on experience across recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The selected candidate will get exposure to various stages of the HR lifecycle while working in a fast-paced and work from home environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying, screening,
and shortlisting candidates for various open positions.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Assist in developing and improving recruitment and hiring processes.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and hiring records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.
• Assist with employee joining and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee documentation and HR records.
• Support induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
