The principal responsibility of this role is to lead the transformation of core operations enabling bank's aim of growing the franchise globally and delivering an Asset Management to conduct Process discovery using the right framework and methodologies, process/ task mining and design and drive end-to-end business solutions across Asset Management operations, investment support, distribution, compliance, and reporting functions.
Experience: 15+ years overall, with 4–5 years BFSI/Asset Management and hands-on RPA/IA
Key Responsibilities:
• Discover processes, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, perform gap analysis and translate requirements into architecture/solution designs
• Robust engagement across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and architecture stakeholders.

Technical Depth:
Hands-on HLD/LLD, APIs, integration, workflows, data architecture, RPA, low-code and AI/ML

Tools:
Power Platform, Appian, ServiceNow, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.
