Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration, ETL processes, data validation, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end data migration projects, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
* Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large datasets.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
* Develop data mapping, migration plans, and validation processes.
* Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve data discrepancies.
* Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams.
* Ensure data security and minimal disruption during migration.

Required Skills
* 5–8 years of experience in data migration, ETL,



or data engineering.
* Strong SQL and database management skills.
* Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
* Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
* Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
* Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
* Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
* Python or scripting for migration automation.
* Previous experience leading migration projects and mentoring team members.
