Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online meetings to present DrillBit solutions, understand requirements, and recommend suitable products. The role includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing sales pipelines,



preparing quotations, and following up to ensure timely closures. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to support campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities also involve providing product information, addressing queries, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including pipeline management and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
