? Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Stack HR Executive / HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and support the end-to-end HR function at GrowthJockey.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, and HR compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple HR functions,



takes ownership of responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and joining processes.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, induction programmes, and orientation sessions.
• Manage employee records, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
