*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Business Development & Sales:* Identify and acquire clients, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- *Relationship Management:* Leverage an existing professional network in financial services and build relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, lending institutions, and other financial sector stakeholders.
- *Client Acquisition & Partnerships:* Present Athena's services, prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms,



and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
- *Market Research & Strategy:* Identify new business opportunities, monitor industry developments, and contribute to sales strategies and partnership initiatives.
- *P&L; Responsibility:* Take ownership of the business unit's profit and loss, drive revenue growth, manage sales-related costs, monitor profitability, and ensure achievement of financial targets.

*Requirements:*
- Strong B2B sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- An existing qualified network within the financial services industry is essential.
- Prior experience dealing with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, lending institutions, or other financial services organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into business.
