Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Genix Entertainment is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, coordinating employee engagement initiatives,



and assisting with documentation related to employee benefits and personnel management. The intern will also help prepare HR reports, participate in HR meetings, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused organization.
