Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing will lead the sales and marketing function for the hotel, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market positioning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring close collaboration with operations, reservations,



and front office teams to align commercial strategy with guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, managing key corporate and travel trade accounts, overseeing digital and offline promotional campaigns, and monitoring performance against targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine offerings and packages, as well as preparing regular business reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The General Manager will also mentor and guide the sales and marketing team, ensuring high standards of professionalism, service orientation, and brand representation in all guest and partner interactions.
