Role Description – Junior Architect
* Assist in concept development and design across commercial, residential and corporate projects.
* Prepare architectural drawings, detail drawings, 3D models and design presentations.
* Coordinate with senior architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
* Support design documentation and project coordination.
* Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure design intent is maintained.
* Follow applicable building regulations, quality standards and sustainable design principles.
* Stay updated on materials, technologies and emerging design trends.
Qualifications
* B.Arch degree from a reputed institution.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm; motivated freshers with a strong design sensibility are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong foundation in architectural design, concept development and space planning.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and architectural visualization tools; familiarity with photoshop, illustrator and MS office.
* Understanding of construction materials, detailing and local building regulations.
* Ability to support project coordination, consultant liaison, documentation and design milestones.
* Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Indian building codes.
* Strong design sensibility, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
