Faxoc is an independent global executive execution-risk ratings bureau serving boards, executive leadership, private equity firms and institutional investors.
The Mandate
Lead financial planning, financing preparation and investor readiness across Faxoc’s U.S.–India operations. Immediate priorities are a targeted US$5 million working-capital facility and financial preparation for a proposed US$100 million institutional equity raise.
Key Responsibilities
Financial leadership: Build financial models, cash-flow forecasts, management reports and capital-deployment plans.
Debt financing: Prepare lender submissions, coordinate applications and evaluate financing costs, repayment capacity and terms.
Investor readiness: Prepare valuation and dilution scenarios, maintain the financial data room and lead financial due-diligence responses.
Cross-border coordination: Oversee financial reconciliation,
intercompany records and controls; coordinate U.S. and Indian accounting and tax advisers.
Required Profile
Both qualifications are mandatory and must be held by the same individual:
CA with active ICAI membership and an active U.S. CPA licence.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrable involvement in completed commercial debt financings and institutional equity transactions. Robust financial modelling, U.S. GAAP, cross-border reporting and founder-facing execution capabilities are essential.
Experience in ratings, research, financial information or risk intelligence is preferred. This is a hands-on corporate-finance mandate, not a tax-filing or advisory-only engagement.
