Role Description

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across group companies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.




• Manage consolidated financial statements and group-level financial performance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and fund utilization.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Review financial statements, management reports, and key financial indicators.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend improvements in financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
