Candidate Profile: Full time working with an FMCG/Automobile/Electronics/F&B;/Mass-Journalism/Public Relations Industry
Reporting: MD

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare a marketing calendar for advertising, PR, ATL/BTL/OOH, digital marketing, sales support, and market research
2. Validate and analyze the team's research work. Should possess strong conceptual writing skills and an eye for inconsistencies and errors.
3. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
4. Good command over English for editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
5. Content overview and management (including website)
6. Guide the team to handle client communication (oral and written) and servicing effectively and efficiently
7. Strategize communication and provide guidance on handling of customer services efficiently
8.



Have adept knowledge and handling of all Social Channels including postings and boosts
9. Have adept knowledge and handling of Google and Meta Ads Manager and a keen interest or knowledge of website analytics
10. Fundamental knowledge of website functioning and handling including uploading of content and graphics on website
11. Smooth communication and coordination with Admin team and external vendors for running office operations.

CONTENT CREATION
· Write, edit, curate and proofread high-quality, original content for website, blog,
social media, newsletters, videos and marketing campaigns.
· Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and user engagement.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
· Develop and manage end-to-end social media calendar operations across platforms
like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. (Even on Weekends)
· Respond to comments, manage DMs and drive community engagement.
