This is a senior role, and you will own content strategy, approvals and results.
To begin with, you will work across clients in government, startups, emerging tech and industry, and report directly to me. Eventually you will be a part of an exciting new startup for which seed funding is being lined up.
What you will take charge of:
- Platform-wise content strategy for each client across platforms
- Final approval on everything we publish
- Making sure the content works. If it is not working, you need to fix it
You will not be creating a lot of content yourself, but I need someone who can get their hands dirty when needed
Our creative team includes writers, designers and video editors - they will report to you
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in content, with a deep working understanding of at least two of LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube: formats, algorithms, what performs and why
- Experience as a creator will be a major plus
- A typo in a subtitle,
a misaligned text box or a bad thumbnail should irk you. But you must have the ability to turn that irritation into clear, calm feedback the creative team can act on.
- A strategic head. You read the numbers, form a view and change course without being told.
- Strong command of English and Tamil, written and spoken
- Process-driven: it is not enough that the work happens, but that it is through a process which is time/cost-productive and makes everyone's life easy
I am looking for a calm, steady team leader who is always learning, innovative, experimental
Location: Chennai, full time, office in T Nagar
