Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies for Aditya Birla Capital’s financial products and services. This is a hybrid role based in Nagpur, where the team member will work both from the office and from home as per business requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring timely reporting of sales activities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Deputy Sales Manager will also participate in local marketing initiatives, conduct customer meetings, and help enhance customer experience and retention.
