What you'll do
• Design and ship LLM-powered conversation flows for production phone calls
• Optimise latency across speech-to-text, reasoning, and text-to-speech
• Build retrieval and tool-calling that integrate with CRMs, calendars, and APIs
• Evaluate models and prompts against real call transcripts and iterate quickly

What you'll bring
• 2+ years building software, with hands-on LLM or ML work
• Solid Python and comfort with APIs and real-time systems
• Experience with prompting, RAG, or agent/tool-calling frameworks
• A bias for shipping and measuring on real usage
