We’re Hiring Comboseal Industries Private Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and accelerate business growth in the industrial packaging sector.

We provide packaging solutions to customers across FMCG, bread and bakery manufacturing, supermarkets, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire customers across target industries.
• Build strong relationships with procurement heads, purchase managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer requirements and offer suitable packaging solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Manage existing accounts, generate repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings, market visits, lead generation, and regular sales follow-ups.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.





What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, food packaging, FMCG supplies, or a related industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• A proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
