Role Description The Bakery Chef at SugarTown Retail Private Limited will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, pastries,



and specialty items that align with the brand’s clean-label and health-conscious offerings. Day-to-day tasks include planning production schedules, following standardized recipes, ensuring consistent portioning and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The role involves collaborating with store staff to support live dessert preparation experiences, managing ingredient inventory, monitoring equipment, and contributing to new product ideas and seasonal menus. The Bakery Chef will also train and guide junior kitchen team members, ensure compliance with company quality guidelines, and support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a full time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
