Innowrap is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive recent-client acquisition for our IT services and AI solutions.

? Experience: 2–4 years
? CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA + performance-based incentives
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Identify target companies, connect with decision-makers, and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Sell IT solutions across custom software development, web and mobile applications, ERP, Salesforce, and AI automation.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant technology solutions.




• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposals.
• Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups using Zoho CRM.

What We're Looking For
✅ 2–4 years of experience in IT services or software sales, preferably in custom software development or enterprise technology solutions.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be confident speaking with clients, presenting solutions, and handling business conversations.
✅ Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✅ Practical experience in lead generation, cold calling, outbound prospecting, and new-client acquisition.
✅ A self-driven, target-oriented professional who can independently identify prospects and generate business opportunities.
Experience in ERP, enterprise applications, or AI solutions will be an added advantage.
