Role Description The Front Desk Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, directing inquiries,



handling incoming and outgoing mail and fax communications, and coordinating visitor and meeting schedules. The Front Desk Administrator supports administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing basic documentation, and assisting internal teams with office coordination.
