About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to drive business development and customer acquisition across Bangalore.
The role will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, conducting field visits, developing customer relationships, and converting leads into orders across Custom Wear and Educational / Corporate / Institutional Uniform Sales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel, customer meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Bangalore.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, online research, and other business development activities.




• Identify potential customers in schools, colleges, educational institutions, sports clubs, academies, fitness centres, corporates, institutions, and other relevant segments.
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and continuously work towards conversion.

2. Field Sales & Customer Visits
• Conduct regular field visits across Bangalore to meet prospective and existing customers.
• Meet decision-makers such as school/college management, procurement teams, HR/Admin teams, sports academy owners, club managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and business discussions.

3. Sales – Custom Wear
• Promote and sell Custom Wear products to businesses, institutions, teams, clubs, academies, events, and other potential customers.
