Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms and other sources.
• Generate and qualify leads based on the company's target audience and business requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system or designated trackers.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to support lead generation activities.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Research market trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications
• Any graduate degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
