ABOUT FINTECH CLOUD

Fintech Cloud is a lending technology and operations platform. We run the origination, underwriting and servicing infrastructure for RBI-registered NBFC partners, and operate the consumer lending brands they lend through. The business is growing quickly, in both partner count and marketing investment.

This role is part of the marketing function being built to support that growth. It reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is hands-on from day one, with scope to build a team as the function expands.

THE ROLE

Repeat lending is central to the economics of this business. Today that volume is driven largely by sales teams at each NBFC partner, calling borrowers individually. It works well, but it is manual, and it does not scale as the partner portfolio grows.





This role builds the marketing layer that supports and scales what those teams do by hand. It is not about taking retention away from sales. It is about warming the borrower before the call, reaching the ones sales cannot get to, and measuring what actually drives a second loan.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• The automated layer around repeat lending: WhatsApp, SMS and email sequences that prompt a second loan, so sales teams call warm borrowers rather than cold ones.

• Coverage of borrowers the sales teams cannot reach by hand, which grows as brand count grows.

• Lifecycle platform selection and implementation, since we do not currently have one.

• BSP relationships and sender ID registration per lending partner, with consent and data segregation handled correctly, since each lender is a separate data controller.

• Measurement of repeat rate and time to second loan, by brand and by acquisition source.
