As our team grows, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can take ownership of our people operations, build scalable HR processes, and help us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, organized,
and execution-oriented HR Generalist to independently manage day-to-day HR functions while helping establish the people infrastructure of a growing technology startup.
This is a hands-on role involving recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, performance management coordination, and statutory compliance support.
You will work directly with the founders and functional teams, taking ownership of HR activities from workforce planning and talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management and organizational development.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, can build processes from scratch, and understands that effective HR is about enabling people and business growth—not simply managing documentation.
