Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Operations role based in Jaipur. The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end operational activities across retail and online channels, ensuring effective processes, optimal inventory management, and consistent service quality. Responsibilities include designing and improving operational workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing cost-effective strategies that support business growth.
The role involves leading and mentoring operations teams, collaborating closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and technology to align operational goals with company objectives. The Head of Operations will also manage budgets, drive process automation and standardization, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
