Role Description The Head Chef at MNS Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Sagar, responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Day-to-day tasks include planning menus, supervising food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The Head Chef leads and trains kitchen staff, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to ensure efficiency and consistency in every service.



This role also involves cost control, portion management, and collaboration with management to develop seasonal offerings and improve customer satisfaction. The Head Chef is expected to maintain a calm, organized kitchen environment and respond effectively to peak service demands.
