Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader – Real Estate Sales role based in Jaipur. The person in this role will lead and manage a sales team, set daily and weekly sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include guiding team members on client acquisition, property listings, negotiation strategies, and closing transactions in residential and commercial real estate. The team leader will conduct regular sales meetings, provide training and mentoring,



and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with brokerage partners, preparing sales reports, maintaining solid client relationships, and representing the company at property visits, site meetings, and local market events.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
• Candidates should possess Brokerage-related skills, including understanding of real estate transactions, property documentation, and deal structuring.
