Job Title: Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner & CEO
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Onsite, Full time)

Role Overview:
Artha is seeking a Chief of Staff to work alongside the Managing Partner & CEO at the center of the firm. This is a senior role with real accountability: for the momentum of the investment lifecycle, the success of the portfolio, the progress of fundraising, and the formation of new funds and entities.
The Chief of Staff sets the firm’s operating cadence and holds it, anticipating what comes next, keeping every priority in motion, and clearing the path when progress slows. Just as importantly, they ensure the Managing Partner’s time, the firm’s scarcest resource,



is invested where it matters most.
It is a role built on trust. The Chief of Staff is candid counsel to the Managing Partner, a steadying presence for the team when the stakes are high, and, when the moment calls for it, the firm’s voice in the room.

The role requires:
• Ownership of pace, priorities, and follow-through across the firm
• The foresight to plan two steps ahead
• Judgment on what to escalate and what to resolve
• Executive presence with founders, LPs, and partners
• Composure when the stakes are high
• An independent point of view, and the discipline to execute once a decision is taken
• Discretion beyond question
• The ambition to one day manage a fund
