1) Mission: To create a unique brand for the School encompassing the vision and mission of raising leaders, technocrats and entrepreneurs who would find solutions to human problems.
2) Administration: To provide good governance which will translate the vision of the institution into action by
a. Creating an efficient academic, research and spiritual ecosystem,
b. Implementing the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the University and upholding the Institutional values;
c. Raising and managing the financial resources following the set norms and to meet the budget requirements to fulfil the short and long term goals of the School, and
d. Planning and managing the manpower and infrastructure facilities.
3) Programme: To formulate current interdisciplinary, technology-driven and community-oriented UG, PG and Ph.D. Programs – evaluate their feasibility and quality, conduct market survey and demand.
4) Accreditation and Ranking: To fulfil the parameters prescribed by the National and International accreditation and ranking agencies including the 6Ps (Pass percentage,



Publications, Projects, Patents, Products, Placements) with respect to the programmes/ School/ University.
5) Curriculum Design: To constitute the BoS with renowned experts from universities of national eminence and industry and to chair the Board; to organize meetings as per UGC norms and frame curricula and syllabi relevant to emerging trends in technologies with case studies and real time projects leading to core placements with high median salary; to formulate the teaching learning and evaluation processes for each course incorporating Industry 5.0.
6) Faculty Induction: To identify and induct accomplished faculty members in relevant disciplines with good academic record and industry exposure and to provide a system of mentoring amongst the faculty and technical staff.
7) Collaborations: To forge collaborations with industry, government agencies, Institutions and laboratories of National Importanc
