Mommy First® launches in India in early 2027, and we're hiring the person who will build and grow our online business from the first order.
ABOUT MOMMY FIRST®
Mommy First® is an international maternity and postpartum recovery brand supporting mothers through pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and recovery.
Our range includes postpartum recovery products, nursing and breastfeeding essentials, and perineal care products. With an established presence in North America, GCC, and Europe, we're expanding into India, with nationwide e-commerce distribution and partnerships with leading retailers and hospitals.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a commercially driven, hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of Mommy First's online business in India across Amazon, Flipkart, other relevant marketplaces, and our own Shopify store.




You'll be responsible for driving online sales, improving conversion, managing marketplace advertising, and ensuring profitable growth.
You'll work closely with our sourcing, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams while reporting directly to the CEO.
India will be your primary focus, with opportunities to collaborate with our North American and European teams and support selected international marketplace initiatives as the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Launch, manage, and scale our Amazon India, Flipkart, and other marketplace operations.
• Coordinate with our Commercial Partnerships Lead to operationalize approved partnerships with FirstCry, Tata 1mg, Nykaa, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, images, A+ Content, variations, bundles, and marketplace SEO.
• Independently manage Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Ads, optimizing ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and advertising spend.
