We handle recruitment, infrastructure, payroll, HR, compliance and day-to-day operational support. Each employee works exclusively for one client, becoming an extension of their team across functions such as marketing, finance, operations, customer support and technology.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to identify and engage startups and growing businesses looking to expand their teams.
You’ll connect with founders and senior decision-makers, understand their hiring and growth challenges, and introduce Opvia’s model of building a dedicated GCC in India.



Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified opportunities and book discovery calls for the founders.
Key Responsibilities• Research and identify startups that could benefit from building dedicated teams in India.
• Connect with founders, CEOs, COOs and functional leaders through cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Explain Opvia’s GCC model clearly, covering dedicated talent, operational support, cost efficiency and scalability.
• Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, budgets, decision-making authority and timelines.
• Book qualified discovery meetings and provide explicit notes ahead of each call.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through personalised outreach and structured follow-ups.
• Keep contact records, conversations and next steps updated in the CRM.
• Work closely with the founders to improve targeting, messaging and objection handling.
• Track outreach activity, responses, meetings booked and opportunities generated.
